Ciri - Ciri Kerusakan Pada IC Power :
• Periksalah IC TR terlebih dahulu ketika Mainboard / Motherboard mati
• Jika IC TR mati dan sudah diganti mainboard tetap mati, kemungkinan besar kerusakan ada pada IC Powernya
• Hasil cetak tidak keluar juga bisa disebabkan oleh ic power
Cara Pasang IC Power :
• Olesi kaki ic dengan flux
• Solder kaki ic dengan timah sedikit, pastikan timah sudah menyatu dengan kaki ic, hal ini dilakukan karena kaki ic belum pernah kena timah (menyolder kaki ic power akan memakan waktu lebih lama daripada ic eeprom)
• Pasang ic ke board sesuai dengan posisinya, jangan terbalik
• Pemasangan yang tidak sempurna (timah tidak menyatu pada kaki ic) . mengakibatkan error atau kedip / blink 9x
• IC yang kepanasan bisa rusak dan blink 9x juga
Harap berhati-hati ketika melepas ic, karena jika terlalu panas blower yang digunakan maka komponen yang lain ikut rusak yang mengakibatkan mainboard tidak berfungsi atau jalur PCB putus.
